Reflection for UNIX SSH Client App Reviews

Get this one

If you need a simple ssh client, get this one. iSSH is gone, and this replacement has served me well.

Better than iSSH!

Only thing missing is the ALT key :( FREE (Holy s$&t)! The only SSH client youll ever need for iOS. Supports touchID so once you have your ssh keys set up you can log in with a fingerprint. Now that iSSH is gone this is what to get...and its FREE!!!!!!! Keyboard is the best and most well thought out and customizable Ive ever used, great for vim and psql/SQL!

Satisfied

Really!

Super app! What, no ads? Every system in should get this. Thank you, Attachemate!

Best iOS App

I started using this app in cisco lab, all i can say is great, now I started using in live network when im away from my pc I really trust this app, great design, no glitches or bugs (: plus free....

Awesome

This app is first rate at any price but for free its incredible! Not sure why you need anything else for SSH or Telnet.

Undoubtedly "the best" app Ive ever used

Amazing app, I have never thought I will get my hands on such a nice app without spending anything. Thanks a ton for developing this app

Great ssh client

Only one small thing i’d wish for is better iPad support in regards to multitasking and split screen support. That would put this one over the top

Just Ok

It seems nice for basic ssh, but unfortunately the authentication doesnt expose multifactor auth prompts. As a result, you cant log into such systems. This makes the app completely useless for me. If it werent for that, the rest of the app seems pretty nice. (Id give it more stars if I could actually log into my servers with it.)

Interface & Workflow Issues

A terminal program is what it is and can only differentiate itself from others by the ease in which it helps the user establish, maintain and manipulate the terminal session. This app has a very odd and semi-working method for storing usernames and passwords that is difficult at best to use but also insecure. The app does not store the username and or passwords in the system keychain which is an encrypted vault but rather stores it in its app’s data space. This means that it can more easily be accessed if running on a Jail Broken iPad or iPhone and from the user’s perspective, the username and password you store on your iPhone is not available on your iPad via keychain sync.

Awesome

Awesome terminal for mobile devices

Awesome app

I needed a ssh client while I was travelling. I only had my iPad with me and this app proved to be a helpful tool. Its well made and it works like a charm for me. I was surprised, that it didnt cost some bucks. I would have paid it happily. Great software takes time and passion and shouldnt be expected to be available at not cost.

Intuitive, easy, perfect

I can only agree with the other 5-star reviews! This is by far one of the best designed apps in this category I have ever used!

Just what I needed

A really useful piece of software, saved my life !!!

Great app

Just like one of the other reviewers, I was "shell shocked" by the quality of this app. Addition of Touch ID is a great benefit.

Great Too-Hard to believe its feee

Great Too-Hard to believe its feee

Almost perfect

Amazing to find it is free! The only feature Im missing is support for 2 factor auth.

Does what it needs to do

Great app! Nothing fancy but perfect if you just need to check on something for an update.

A good tool

This tool is good enough to SSH the server with your key, see the server logs, do the configs etc.

Worked for me

Seems stable and provides the features that I need.
